Shipping

When will my order ship? How long will it take to receive my order?

Each product is made to order, and shipping times should be added to the fulfillment time.

After receiving your order confirmation email, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 2-6 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–5 business days
  • Japan: 2–5 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) can deliver orders to PO Boxes. Some products, such as framed posters, are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so commercial companies (like FedEx) are used to deliver these products, but they cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear in your carrier's system. For international shipments, tracking information might appear even later. So don't worry—your shipment is still on track to its destination.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with me at hello@cutemuse.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you. You can also track your order here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and international shipping is FREE!

I offer international shipping to the following countries: the US, Europe, The UK, EFTA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland), Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and Worldwide.

Because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, I do not ship to Crimea, Luhansk, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, The Gaza Strip in Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

I received an email that my label had been created, but the tracking hasn't been updated. What should I do?

If you've received an email stating that your label has been created, but the tracking information hasn't been updated, don't worry! Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. For international shipments, it might take even longer. If you haven't seen any updates after this time, please contact me at hello@cutemuse.com with your name and order number, and I'll look into it for you.

What happens when if I enter the wrong address?

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop, through PayPal, or the SHOP app if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order.

I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

My package is lost. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, contact me at hello@cutemuse.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

I currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

All orders are custom-made and on-demand. When you order one of my art prints or framed ones, I craft it with love and care just for you. I do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. Therefore, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Following the legislation, custom-made items are not entitled to a refund. Any returned orders will not receive a refund or credit. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I exchange an Art Print for a different one/size?

At this time, I don't offer exchanges. Refer to the Wall Art Size Guide here.

Though rare, it's possible the order was mislabelled.

If that's the case, please let me know at hello@cutemuse.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I'll send you a new one.

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must inform me of the decision to cancel the order by sending me a written notice before it has been shipped.

You may contact me at hello@cutemuse.com. If your cancellation is accepted, I'll refund you the money immediately.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me within 15 days of receiving the product at hello@cutemuse.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. I address these case-by-case. I'll be happy to assist and send you a replacement item!

Product Information

On what type of paper do you print?

I print on thick archival-quality paper with a matte finish.

Archival art paper is acid-free, lignin-free, and pH-balanced, ensuring it resists yellowing, fading, and deterioration over time. It’s also made from natural fibers such as cotton or alpha-cellulose, which provide strength and stability while allowing the paper to maintain its texture and appearance.

Printed with high-quality printing equipment, ensuring the artwork is clear, sharp, and vibrant, with accurate colors and contrast.

How are my orders packed for shipment?

Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. Sometimes, stay-flat envelopes are used for size 8" ×10" posters.

Orders fulfilled in Australia are packaged in cylinder cardboard tubes.

Framed posters come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions from 12" ×18" ×2" to 28" ×38" ×6". They are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap or a foam pouch. 

Are your prints eco-friendly?

Absolutely! My art prints are printed using a water-based inkjet, Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. This ink is also GREENGUARD Gold certified. This ink and my commitment to sustainable materials ensure the printing process is environmentally friendly.

The frames are made of Ayous wood from renewable forests. The triangular and cylinder tubes used for packaging are compostable. Also, the tissue paper and the bubble wrap used to protect the frames can be recycled.

Can I customize a print with my own text or image?

Unfortunately, I currently do not offer further customization or personalization options.

What type of wood are your frames made from?

The frames are made of Ayous wood from renewable forests. The frames come in three different wood frames: black, white, and natural oak (my favorite).

Do your wood frames come with a protective finish?

Yes, it comes with an Acrylite front protector. Also, it includes hanging hardware.

Digital Downloads

How do I access my digital download?

It is effortless! After you place your order, you'll be directed to a download page where you can download the files to your device. 

Additionally, after you check out, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a download link. Please check your inbox for this email; it should arrive shortly. If you don't see that email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Click on the download link provided in your email. This will instantly download the high-resolution digital files of your chosen artwork to your computer or device.

What kind of paper do you recommend for printing?

I recommend using a high-quality, heavyweight paper. This type of paper is ideal for showcasing the artwork's vibrant colors and fine details.

Where do you recommend printing my files?

With your digital art file, you can choose how and where to print it. You can visit a local print shop (USA: Office Depot, Staples, Fedex Kinko's). Online printing services are also a great option because their printing equipment is high-tech.

What is the quality of the files?

The files are 300 dpi, meaning they are high resolution.

How do I extract the files from a zipped file?

For Macs:
Double-click the zipped file, and a new folder with all the files will automatically appear.

For PCs:
Right-click to select "Extract all" and then follow the instructions. And that's it!

The files are damaged, what should I do?

Don't hesitate to contact me at hello@cutemuse.com immediately if the files are damaged or you receive the wrong files so I can fix the issue and make it right.

Can a digital download be returned or exchanged?

No. Digital items aren't eligible for returns because they are non-tangible and easily reproducible.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a 1-day cancellation policy, which means you have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. For a cancellation, the order should appear as non-downloaded.

Refunds are only applicable if the digital files haven't been downloaded. If the refund is approved, I'll refund you the money immediately. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact me with any questions at hello@cutemuse.com.

Do you allow for commercial use of your artwork?

No. Digital downloads are to be used for personal use and are not to be resold or distributed.

Can I share my digital download with others?

No. Digital downloads are for personal use only and are not to be distributed or shared with anyone.

Gift Cards

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card on the Cute Muse store, you can follow these steps:

  • At the checkout screen, you should enter the gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" field.
  • After entering the code, you should click "Apply."
  • The value of the gift card will be applied to their order total.
Can I cancel my Gift Card?

No, you cannot cancel your Gift Card as such, but it can be disabled depending on your needs and circumstances. Contact me via email to discuss your needs. hello@cutemuse.com.

How long does a Gift Card last?

Your Gift Card will be valid for one (1) year from the issue date. Any balance on a Gift Card will not be available for use after the card's expiration date.

Can I purchase a gift card from your shop?

Can I get a refund for items purchased with a Gift Card?

Digital art prints purchased solely or in part with a gift card may be refunded if the digital files haven't been downloaded and are subject to the refund policy.
