Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Times:

  • Each product is made to order, and shipping times should be added to the fulfillment time.
  • After receiving your order confirmation email, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
    • USA: 2–5 business days
    • Canada: 2-6 business days
    • The UK: 6–8 business days
    • Australia: 2–5 business days
    • Japan: 2–5 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
  • Once a package is shipped, I cannot control how the carrier handles it.


Wrong Address:

  • Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.


Lost Package:

  • All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted 15 days after the estimated delivery date at hello@cutemuse.com. But no worries! I will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
  • I need your help before doing that, like confirming the shipping address was correct. It would also be helpful if you contacted the shipping carrier to locate the lost order.
  • Remember that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but the customer claims the package has yet to be received, I don't cover refunds due to carrier errors. I won't take responsibility for reshipping that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
  • There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should contact the carrier and inquire if the delivery person left any additional details. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch."


Order Status:

  • Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear in your carrier's system. For international shipments, tracking information might appear even later. So don't worry—your shipment is still on track to its destination.
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. 
  • If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@cutemuse.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you. You can also track your order here.


International Shipping:

  • I offer international shipping to the following countries: the US, Europe, The UK, EFTA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland), Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and Worldwide.
  • At this time, I do not ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, The Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
  • Due to the impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, shipping carriers also don't offer international shipping to some regions or countries. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before purchasing.


Shipping to PO Boxes:

  • Only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) can typically deliver orders to PO Boxes. Some products, such as framed posters, are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so commercial companies (like FedEx) can be used to deliver these products that cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
  • Use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
