Refund policy
Physical Orders:
I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are custom-made and on-demand. When you order one of my art prints or framed art prints, I craft it with love and care just for you. Therefore, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. In line with legislation, custom-made items are not entitled to a refund. Any orders returned will not receive a refund or credit. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
I do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me within 15 days of receiving the product at hello@cutemuse.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. I address these case-by-case. I'll be happy to assist and send you a replacement item!
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must inform me of the decision to cancel the order by sending me a written notice before it has been shipped. You may contact me at hello@cutemuse.com. If your cancellation is accepted, I'll refund you the money immediately.
Digital Orders:
Non-returnable or Exchanged files
Digital items aren't eligible for returns on cutemuse.com because of the nature of these items (once downloaded, they can be easily reproduced once downloaded, making returns impractical).
Cancellations
There is a 1-day cancellation policy, which means you have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. To be eligible for a cancellation, your order should appear as non-downloaded.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the digital files haven't been downloaded. If the refund is approved, I'll refund you the money immediately. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact me with any questions at hello@cutemuse.com.
Damages Files
Please inspect your order upon downloading it and contact me at hello@cutemuse.com immediately if the files are damaged or if you receive the wrong files so that I can fix the issue and make it right.
