Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility- The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Participants can be residents of the United States or around the world.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Cute Muse are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must sign up for the mailing list to enter.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

The winner will receive three (3) unframed 11x14 inch art prints from Cute Muse, specifically the following prints:
- Hawaiian Beach Art Print
- Fijian Beach Art Print
- Ballena Beach Art Print

The total value of the prize is $105 (including shipping). - The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be transferred or substituted for another item.
- Any taxes, customs duties, or additional fees that may arise due to shipping outside the United States are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection
- One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries each month. The winner will be announced via email on the 15th of each month.
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, Cute Muse reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive occasional promotional emails from Cute Muse. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
- Personal information collected will be used in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
- Cute Muse is not responsible for any technical issues or failures related to the entry process.
- By entering, participants release Cute Muse and its affiliates from any liability related to the giveaway.
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook) or any other social media platform.
- Cute Muse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email.
- By entering the giveaway, participants fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in disqualification.
